SYNOPSIS

Carlo and Adele move to Rome looking for an apartment to rent. With a lot of effort, they find, through an eccentric realtor, a very convenient, but very squalid apartment. Adele, “desperate housewife”, is full of biases and she realizes immediately a harsh reality: they are the only non-immigrants to live in the building! The distorted views of Adele due to her racial prejudices (very common amongst a good part of Italians) conveys a story rich in misunderstandings and confrontations between the various residents of the building.
